Little Piece of Home began with Johnny’s craving for beef jerky from Buc-ee’s. Frustrated by the high prices from third-party resellers, he started making weekly trips to Buc-ee’s to get his jerky fix. Since he was already making the journey, he began picking up jerky for his friends as well. His dad, a big fan of Buc-ee’s jerky, often joined him on these trips, turning them into enjoyable outings and creating cherished father-son memories.

With growing interest from friends and family, Johnny saw an opportunity to leverage his eCommerce expertise. He decided to start a business reselling Buc-ee’s beef jerky at more reasonable prices. Since he was making the trips anyway, it made perfect sense to turn his passion into a small business that can get you a Little Piece of Home.
